Admissions Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Christ Episcopal School! We encourage you to visit us because we think you will be delighted by what you find. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment for you and your child to see our school. We look forward to showing you the many features of CES.

All students, regardless of race, gender, or religion are eligible to attend Christ Episcopal School. Because space is limited, students are accepted on a priority basis, with children already enrolled and their siblings admitted first. Admitted next are children of active members of Christ Episcopal Church. Applicants from the general community are accepted in the order in which their paid applications are received. Students in grades one through six are required to complete a battery of admission tests administered by the school's psychological associate before being accepted.

Admissions Process

We ask you to complete the following steps to apply for enrollment of your child or children at CES:

• Application and Fees:  Please complete the CES Registration Information Form and return with the $200.00 non-refundable application fee.

• Admission Testing:  A non-refundable $50.00 testing fee must accompany each child's application. An abilities test and an achievement test are given to all students entering the first grade. All students new to the school are required to take these entrance tests (2nd-6th).

• Provide Records: Copies of birth certificate, immunization records, previous school records, and documents showing custody arrangements (if applicable) must be provided. The parent(s) of first graders should also provide a vision report from an ophthalmologist or optometrist. 
  

• Campus Visit:  Arrange for a campus tour. This can be done prior to submitting your application or at any time during the admissions process. We highly recommend visits for parents and students applying to enter CES.

• Financial Aid:  Financial aid is available for students in grades one through six and is based on need. Applications are available in the office. The Financial Aid Committee will inform recipients of these awards by April of each year.

The Tuition and Fee Schedule is updated annually and is made available as soon as possible before the school year begins.
